Good day I have been making payments on my wifes FNB Credit card to Coombe & Associates, since the account was handed over for collection, however when I phoned to get an acount balance I was told that the account had been handed over Ramsurjoo And Du Plessis Inc. I duly contacted your company to find out when you took over the account, the lady said she eill get back to me, but to this date I have had no reply. I need to find out as I may have been making uneccessary payments to coombe and if so they need to refund me so that I can pay the money into your account The account I have been paying into is ABSA Acc 4075890585 Br 632005 I was never notified that the account was been handed to a new firm and have had no communication Please advise ASAP |

Hello David v, Mr du Plessis (Director) Spoke to Mr Vermaak to get more information. Company will furnish information to him as soon as possible. As Mr Vermaak could not remember the name of the person he spoke to at our office, it is difficult to follow up and investigate. |
