| HEADLINE | Raceview Motors Scratched my new car |

| I took my new car to Raceview Motors Alberton on the 03022011 to repair the rear window and the mirror. I left my car at 07h30am in the morning so that they can start with the repairs. At 17h00 I went to pick up my car and I noticed that it had a scratch on the bumper and no work was done on the window nor the morror. Everybody denied saying that they dont know anything about it and they said nobody drove the car. I was then refered to Louis van den Heever who after a long argument agreed that Raceview will fix the scratch on the bumper when they fix the window. I took the car in again in March for the window and mirror since nothing was done the first time, still the bumper was not done. Ivan who is the manager said it was impossible to do it the same time as the window because this is two different things and its done by different people. Ivan then promised to send someone at my work place to fix the bumper. I have been phoning since then and I have been sent from one person to another and nothing has been done still, Its been five months now and Raceview hasnt even bothered to assist me, and they are the ones who damaged my car. | |||
