| My mother bought a VW Sheran on 30 Aug'11 from Bennie and signed her contract on 1 Sep. Since then she only had problems. The car was with the dealership for 2 weeks after that to repair water leaking from the aircon. She had the car 1 day, when she returned it because of various other concerns. The car was returned another week later with nothing repaired. She once again contacted them to get the clutch repaired and the vehicle was cutting out, and had a breakshudder that was so bad she almost had an accident with her grandchildren in the car when she had to brake on the highway. It is now December. THE VEHICLE IS STILL NOT REPAIRED AND THEY TELL US IT IS OUT OF WARRANTY AND THEY REFUSE TO SPEAK TO HER!!! They had sufficient time to repair the vehicle. She is widow and a pensioner, and was promised the car will not give her any problems. The clutch is so bad She cannot drive the car. IS THIS THE WAY THEY DO BUSINESS!!! Theuns mocked me when her said the car is overheating and cutting out. He told her she needs to drive properly. She an old lady and they obviously think they can take advantage of that!!!! | |||

Hello Wdt, Responding to your complaint I must note that the vehicle your mother purchased is a 1999 model with over 189000 km on the odometer.All the complaints she originally brought to our attention and was agreed on we repaired within our company warranty cover and we in conjunction with your mother took the vehicle for an extended drive to confirm everything is fine.I must once again reiterate that our warranty was explained in detail to your mother.We also advised her to take a extended warranty on the vehicle but she declined.
