I just wanted to congratulate Pro-Tec for excellent customer service and very good prices on goods. I have never used Pro-Tec before and came across their website while doing a Google search for a specific product. Pro-Tec stocked the product a lot cheaper than anyone else and even though I live in Joburg it was cheaper for me to order it and get it delivered by Pro-Tec in Durban. They received my payment the same day and I got email updates on my order throughout the day and even got a call from the owner\manager Nick to give me an update on the order and tell me a bit about the company. I received my order a few days later and happy with the products. I would definitely recommend Pro-Tec electronics to everyone. Well done and keep it up.
