Hi Peter I just wanted to compliment Veli (I hope I have the name right) from Pick n Pay, Campus Square. He offered a different shopping experience from what we usually experience from Pick n Pay when it comes to black on black service. Cashiers seem to be "angry' or have a negative attitude that they have to provide a service to you but that was not the case with Veli. We bought the incorrect basin plugs the day before and asked for an exchange, as much as he was just doing his job, it was done with efficiency and great attitude. We always complain about bad service and this time I just wanted to compliment the gentleman for his assistance. Thank you |
