I am a regular shopper at Pick 'n Pay Pavillion and I am very upset about the service I received on Saturday. Firstly, when trying to find something in the shop the employee told me to check the boards hanging over the aisle, it was a small item and would never be on the boards. Secondly it was a Saturday morning, queues were 5 deep to pay and there were about 6 tills open!! We tried to get the floor managers attention to ask her something she just kept walking,we tried again and she shouted over her shoulder she was busy. Then we got to the front of the line and my card would not go through. The cashier told us the systems were down. We were running late so it was a problem for us. My husband said he would run and draw the money and then we could sort it out. The manager then cancelled our order and said we would have to queue again and rescan everything, I explained that we were late and could we scan everything now and then pay when my husband comes back, the lady said she had a barcode and thats all we needed to pay it would be quick. I double checked with the "busy" manager she said no and was unwilling to help. Thats when I left and won't return, shocking service all round!! |
