Rotten service!!Order Nr 05308532

On 01st Feb, I ordered groceries on line for home delivery. The order was delivered on the 02 Feb, well half of the order. I called Pick and Pay on line shopping and informed them that all the refrigerated products, ie meat and fruit where not delivered.They informed me the goods will be re-picked and be delivered. They duely delivered the goods (except the watermelon) on 03 Feb (Friday morning), with all the fruit expiring mostly the next day. On opening the packet with the chicken inside, the contents were rotten and smelt horrific.I called on line shopping again and told them of the problem (I spoke to Marlin) and he advised that he will contact the store (Faerie Glen) and they will resend fresh chicken.By 15:00 that afternoon the chicken had not been replaced. I called once again and was told that they cannot collect as they have no available vehciles, so it will probably be Monday.I informed them that I will keep the chicken till Monday (06 Feb), but in the garage as it smells....Well on Monday, I threw the rotten chicken away as Pick and Pay didn't deliver and collect. It is now Wednesday the 08th Feb,still no chicken.BAD, ROTTEN, VROT, STINKING service from Pick and Pay!!
