| I bought minced meant on the 7.2.12. When I got home I realised it was rotten. The same thing happen in October but I chose to ignore it as I was far to return it. Because of the unpleasant smell i took just a little bit for them to smell / taste it. A lady by the name of Palesa was very arrogant in dealing with the matter. She told me that I should have brought the whole smelling port back to them.(fancy) I travel from Soweto to Isando (work)then back to PP in the afternoon with their smelling substance just to satisfy them She did not even want to look at what I had with me. I find that to be very disappointing more over as we continue arguing about that, she made this noise in front of the customers, never bothered to call me into her office. What kind of service is that to look like street fighters when we could have sort it in a dignified way. I visit this store every time but such attitudes leaves a lot to be desired in human behaviour. PP cannot be bankrupt out of R43.00 yet this is an Assistant Manager. I love PP, Im a Smart card member. I can not take such attitude on customer service. I am so disappointed at this service and the attitude of this Assistant Manager. | |||
