I make use of the Online Shopping of PnP and have done for quite a while. I work long hours and can't always afford a few hours of grocery shopping. Lately, I've heard quite a few people complain, and I didn't understand why. I do now. 1. The frozen and cold products weren't packed in the cooler bags as they were before, so the frozen products were mostly defrosted at arrival. 2. The wrong products were delivered - Dishwasher Soap instead of Dishwasher Salt and Cottage Cheese instead of Cream Cheese. Neither of these products were on the substitute list when PnP phoned for substitutions. This is very disappointing, and will cause me not to use their online shopping facility again. If I have to go to the shop for the correct products anyway, I might as well get everything there. Which defeats the purpose of online shopping... |
