Disappointing service

I was most disappointed at my experience at PnP Victory Park on Saturday morning, 4 February!
Staff stocking products in the fridge area blocked aisles - customers couldn't get past, refused to move baskets to one side. Manners, professionalism?
Staff member stacking eggs in fridge in front of store pushed customers out of way so he could stack. Manners, professionalism?
Staff member (tall man, possibly from butchery) pushed past customers - ie customers had to get out of his way?! Manners, professionalism, attitude?
Cashier chatted for almost 10 mins deciding whether she must open till no 2 or no 3. Surely this is decided before cashier comes to till with tray?
I have noticed queues at cashier desks are longer recently. Not enough cashiers open?
But the crowning glory was: The person marking prices on sell by date products refused to help customers. He told three customers he will finish his job first then help us, we must wait, then blatantly turned his back on the different customers and ignored them. He later walked off and hadn't returned by the time I left an hour later.
None of the above are acceptable, but all in one morning!? VERY disappointing!
