| Reference number 8000371047, I reported the cellphone department on the 26th of January 2012 already we are at 9 February with no luck. I think this is very bad service, not one person of PICK A PAY didnt even contact me at all. Well you cant complain about the service because there is none | |||

| Utterly Disgusted: This complaint is taking to long to be resolved! Ref no 8000371047, I would not advise any of my friends, employees etc to go to Pick n Pay for anything anymore. I really dont know what to do? They want to penalise me for their employees mistake. Maybe the complaints board or newspaper the next step or the Credit Board. They just dont care to give a service to a customer at all. I've already lodge this complaint on the 26th of January with no luck!!! | |||
