Bad milk

Bought a 2l milk on the 7th feb. opened it yesterday badly off. use by date on the bottle 3rd February.
this bottle was handed to me by the packer.
mik opened on the 8th badly off so much so dinner ruined. had to take family out for dinner R 400.00 later. contacted the branch was pushed from pillar to post. no compassion. No service at all just bring the bottle back will credit.
i am not happy that you can allow expired product on your shelves.

Over the Moon: I was contacted by Knowl and he apologised on behalf of PnP. he has arranged a Gift Card which was over and beyond what i expected. i did not complain to get something out of it. Thank you PnP for your prompt and Official way it was handled. Unfortunately i still await to hear from the Branch them selves unless that were told not to contact me as the Head Office was dealing with it.
