| I was buying groceries on Sunday morning Jan 22 at PnP Benmore Gardens, when I got to the checkout the cashier was sitting there with his finger up his nose. I asked him whether he knew anything about basic hygiene, he said that he did. So I asked him why he was picking his nose while handling other people's groceries, he responded with a blank stare. If a health inspector saw this behaviour in Europe he'd probably shut the place down. | |||

| Quite Impressed: Thanks to Nomsa Manana (Customer Affairs Manager - GP and FS) and also to the store manager at Benmore Gardens who both responded to me within 24 hours. It was explained to me that the checkout staff at this store are outsourced to another company and the matter is being taken up with them at the highest level. | |||
