VERY DISAPPOINTED CUSTOMER

I I have purchased a remote control car for my son in December 2011 which I gave him for his birthday on the 30th of December 2011. When I opened the packaging I found that the car was not working. Today the 09 January 2012 I approached Pick n Pay Redruth to get a swap out for a working toy. I spoke to the manager who told me I had to have a reciept that i did not take from the teller the day of purcase.

Do I really need a reciept for you guys to exchange the **** products you supply.

I am truly disgusted with the reponse i got. Pick n Pay custmer service is pathetic, can't they check the stock number and check.

R499.00 is not 499 cents

Over the Moon: I just want to thank Dawie Ferreira from Pick n Pay Redruth for going out of his way to help me, Dawie offered to return my money or replace a item that was not purchased at his store. The Store I purchased the item from is Pick n Pay Newmarket Park at the Lemon Tree Shopping Mall and they refuse to help me.

There are very few out there that have the heart that you do. I am very grateful and honestly can not think of words to thank you.
