Useless staff

I was on my way to Pick 'n Pay from Clicks. So I enter the store and walk straight to the place where you hand in your shopping bags and you get a number etc. I waited and waited, and eventually I caught the attention of a staff member near by, she completely ignored me. Then a lady who was packing groceries into bags turned around and saw me, and then just continued to pack. How is this acceptable? Not only is there nobody watching the bags that have been handed in, the staff who clearly saw me waiting, didn't bother to help or call for help.
The second incident: I had my groceries waiting to be scanned and packed, but the cashier and the packer however, were having a long conversation which was clearly more interesting than doing the job they are paid for. First, she scanned one item, then chatted away, scanned a few more, chatted, swiped my card, chatted and didn't stop till I asked for my card back a few minutes later. Whats worse was that the whole time the packer hadn't packed a thing and I had to wait even longer for her to finish talking. I spent more time waiting for those 2 to shut up and scan and pack my groceries than I did shopping! I suggest getting some decent staff
