Squeezed carrot Juice is Gue

I have been shopping at douglasdale pick n pay for the last 15 years of my life and the 'new staff' have no idea about customer satisfaction. If you didn't know it is important in your industry!! I purchased a carrot juice and opened it 2 days later and it was carbonated thickened gue that smelled horiffic. I returned it to pick n pay however without my slip(who ever keeps their grocery slips) with its barcode and date on a sticker on the bottle and they did not want to scan the product to see it was indeed purchased from their store. They told me sorry there is nothing we can do!! I told them all i want is a another carrot juice in replace as previously i have returned an item without a slip and the gentleman owners simply exchanged the product and sent me on my way smiling. This is NOT THE CASE ANYMORE! There is a new foreign management that is extremely unhelpful and could hardly understand me. I am highly dissapointed as it has been my local store for many years! I live in Chobe Sands less than 1km for the store and I WILL NO LONGER support that pick n pay.There are many people in the area that will hear about this all over a carrot juice.Thank u Pick n Pay douglasdale!

Quite Impressed: I was contacted by headoffice and the store. I was offered another carrot juice and informed the issue will be taken up with the relevant manager. It should not take hello peter to get things resolved however Pick N Pay care for their brand and all franchises should take note of this.
