Ridicules!

My son got a blowup swimming pool for Christmas. When we returned from holiday we blew the pool up to find it deflated the next morning. It obviously has defect. I went to exchange the swimming pool for another one with the till slip. At pick n Pay customer service a rude lady by the name Pabello phoned management and management replied that I can go on floor and buy a puncture patch to fix the pool myself they won't exchange the pool. The pool hasn't been used and is faulty. I would very much like to know is this Pick n Pay's policy that if you buy something faulty from their store it's tuff cookies and you will have to fix it yourself???? Redicules!
