| I have been to the Wynberg Pick 'n Pay on two occasions, I have waited prior to today on the normal tills and then today on the "Express counter". To pay for goods on both occasions it has taken about 20 minutes+. There is a severe lack of staff at this branch to cater for the customer volumes. Also, why is it that the "management counter" directly faces the customer tills, yet management do nothing to resolve the situation. I even asked one of them why, there was only one person on the express counter, yet there are 10+ customers lining up to pay. I would have thought this would have been a flagship store being less than 5kms from the PNP head office. I certainly wont go back. | |||

Thank you for addressing my concerns: I received a call from the store manager and she assured me that they were addressing the staff shortage issue. I will visit the store sometime in the future, and I hope that things have changed. |
