Once again I made the mistake of making purchases at this store. 3 items in my basket and a few tills open with very long queues. NO TILL FOR BASKETS ONLY, OR 10 ITEMS OR LESS. It seems that people who only purchase a few items are not wanted at this store. In future I will no longer be supporting this store! Add a new Pick 'n Pay Report Inappropriate report?

Over the Moon: I had a meeting with Jacques van Wyk and some of his staff this morning. They have a workable plan to reduce the queues in the store and I am more than satisfied that they are trying to fix a long-standing problem with the basket till. The gift voucher wasn't necessary but is certainly appreciated! Thanks for finally listening Jacques :)
