I have lived in Sunward Park for almost 6 years, so obviously you would want to support your local supermarket . I have visited the supermarket numerous times hoping this time will be better and everytime the experience is worse than the previous one.The service and people at the Sunward Park PnP just never improves. And its not just at the tills, the staff at the bakery section are just plain rude. Standing in the queue is quite traumatic and it takes longer to purchase 5 items than it does to purchase a trolley load at another supermarket. There are 'never' enough tills open, especially at lunch times when its busy and people are in a hurry. And almost every visit I have made, there seems to be a problem at the till and when staff try to reach a Super, it takes ages as the buzzer's are never working. Then he/she will finally saunter over and without even acknowledging you or even apologising for the delay proceeds to have a chat with the staff while you are just left standing there. Today was the last straw, I will definitely not ever go back to that PnP. This is clearly a Management issue, as PnP Elspark are tops and your service is great!!! Keep it up! |
