Incorrect Pricing on the shelves of Pick n Pay PE.

I went to Pick n Pay to purchase a PVR Remote the price shows R199, but scanned R249. After picking it up I went back to the cashier explaining that their pricing was incorrect. I guess she went to the Manager who told her that he can't give it to me at that price "sorry". According to my knowledge - the price that's on the shelve is the price you pay??? This all happened on the 10th Jan 2012, when I went there today (17/01/12) the price was still showing R199??? If he was so persistant not to give it to me at R199, why didn't he change the price on the shelve immediately???

Quite Impressed: After my conversation with Dean, I went back to Pick n Pay with the original packaging and slip.  He explained that the person responsible did'nt check the barcode and that they are willing to refund me the R50.
