I really don't know why I keep going back to this specific Picknpay as it is dirty and the customer service is terrible. What has sparked my complaint is that I bought a pepper corn grinder that comes with peppercorns inside and upon opening the packaging and attempting to use it the lid fell off and all peppercorns fell off, anyway, this could not really be stopped but I would like to highlight my disappointment with this picknpay's hygiene levels, the floors are always dirty, and when shelves are not stocked up I have noticed that these too are dirty. Hope something gets done about this. |

| Over the Moon: I received a phone call from the manager of the Pick n pay in question and he has assured me that efforts are being made to improve the hygiene levels in the store and also that the store is due to undergo refurbishment, which is great! On the issue of bare shelves, Pick n pay is in negotiation with suppliers to reduce costs as competitors have an advantage, in the long run this will be beneficial to Pick n pay customers. Great feedback and very professional! | |||
