I recently purchased a few small items and PnP Hayfields and then request a cash back for R300.00. The total amount was R321.65. This was on the 12 Dec 2011. On my bank acocunt statement the amount reflects. Then the amount of R21.70 reflects and then the amount marked as CASHB for R300.00 reflects. It appears that I have been debited for the same purchases twice however the R21.70 has been rouded from R21.65. I have called the call centre, I have left messages and I have spoken to customer care. It is now the 20th and nobody has gotten back to me. I would like a detailed account of how this can happen and I want my money back. |
