HEADLINE	BABY SEATS ON TROLLEYS
As a mother with 2 small children, I enjoy shopping at your pick n pay branch at Kingsburgh one of the reasons being they have special parking for moms with babies/toddlers. However where you drop the ball is in your trolleys. I went shopping with my 8 month old daughter and my 2 and a half year old son- I couldn't find any trolleys with baby seats for my daughter to sit on. I enquired as to where i could find one- and was told there were only 2 trolleys that were fitted with them. only 2???Not exactly easy shopping with a baby in your arms!! After waiting for a while the gent that helped me- took the trolley that another family were using after they had finished with it and I started my shopping. The seat was filthy, the seat belt didn't even work and the seats are not covered. These are babies that we put into these seats which, without padding are very hard! I find this totally unacceptable and until there are more trolleys that cater for moms with babies, and that are in good working order, I cant shop with you anymore. Add a new Pick 'n Pay Report Inappropriate report?

Over the Moon: Had two calls from Nolan and from Ashley. Wow- they seemed to really understand the problem and are determined to sort it out asap! These 2 gents are terrific! Am going to take my daughter to pnp this weekend and hopefully see the improvements!
