Always Long Queue's

Pick n Pay Lenasia Trade Route Mall Always has long Que's and No Distinction between Baskets and Trolleys. Whether you have 1 Item, 10 Items or 50 Items. You can pay at any Cashier Despite the busy level of trade, Most of the time there are never enough cashiers and Packers Relevant to the amount of trade in the store. It Seems As Management Does Not Care how long People Stand In A Que to Pay For Their Items.

Over the Moon: The Assistant Manager Called Me, I stand For Correction But If My Memory Serves Me Correct His Name Was Tebogo. He Handled The Call In A Very Polite And Professional Manner, He Assured me More staff were Hired As The Store Has Been Busyier. At The Same Time Assisting me with The Other Problem I have At the store of certain stocks not been available For Weeks On End. He Assured me he could get the stocks within 24 Hours And Gladly Offered He's assistance Wherever Needed.
Overall Very Impressed.
