Accussed of not having funds in Credit Card

I am extremely dissatisfied with the service my Wife just received at Pick n Pay Krugersdorp. YOUR Cashier: "Lucky Marumo" should in my opinion be fired for total incompetence!

My wife was severely embarrassed in your store by your cashier, saying out load for everyone to hear that my Wife's credit card was declined (NO FUNDS!), when in fact the message is "unable to go online". My wife was then TOLD! to rather go the the ATM and draw money if there is REALLY money in the account. (Which she did - and paid for the goods). This is extremely unprofessional Pick 'n Pay!!! My wife is so embarrased she does not ever want to go to your store again!

I expect a formal appology from your store and ** to my wife as well as feedback on how your are going to action this matter so it does not happen to other patrons of your store.

Do you not give your staff training? Do you have no dignaty?

I expect prompt feedback.

Over the Moon: Excellent effort and feedback from Pick n Pay ** as well as the branch. To Lucky Marumo who's name was used by a temp teller and got incorrectly in trouble I do appologise, but it's a lesson learnt how someone else can get you in trouble using your name ;)

Pick n Pay gave me proper feedback as to the situation and assured me that this issue will be addressed and will not happen again.  Thank you for the prompt and professional feedback, from Lucky as well.
