ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM ARNIN

I CALLED PG GLASS RE A REPLACEMENT WINDSCREEN FOR MY VEHICLE. ANIN TOOK THE VEHICLE & INSURANCE DETAILS & SAID HE WOULD GET BACK TO ME. THE INSURANCE THEN PHONED TO SAY THAT THE CLAIM WAS APPROVED... STILL NO CALL FROM ANIN. PHONED THE NEXT DAY & HE TOLD ME THE SUPPLIERS WERE OFFLINE ( ****1) & HE WOULD GET BACK TO ME... NEVER DID.
I CALLED THE NEXT DAY & HE SAID THERE WAS NO STOCK BUT HE WOULD ORDER ONE ( ****2)
I CALLED THE NEXT DAY & HE SAID THE EARLIEST HE WOULD GET IT WOULD BE THE FOLLOWING TUESDAY( ****3) I THEN GOT HOLD OF THE MANAGER LOGAN , WHO NOT ONLY GOT THE WINDSCREEN HE ALSO HAD IT FITTED THE NEXT DAY. WENT TO PAY & ANIN TOOK MY CARD & CHARGED ME R1402 EXCESS INSTEAD OF R1042. BOTH LOGAN & ANIN SAID THEY WOULD SORT OUT ON THE MONDAY AS THEY COULD NOT DO A REFUND.... ( EVEN THOUGH IT WAS THEIR MISTAKE ( ANINS) CALLED A WEEK LATER RE MY REFUND... ANIN SAID HE WILL GET BACK TO ME. ****5. STILL WAITING AFTER 2 WEEKS. !!!HE IS USELESS!!!!!!
