| I took my car to PG Glass to have the windscreen replaced. Afer 3 days I had to follow up on my claim. I got a claim number from my Insurance and phoned PG Glass. I took it on Thursday 9 o'clock because they said it must stay there for 5 hours. I need my car 24/7 for my work and had to borrow a car for the day. At 10 past three they called me and told me that they have fitted the wrong windscreen. My question to them was how can they fit the windscreen if they knew it was wrong. Surely there was enough time to order a new Windscreen. Babsie told me that it was their supplier that supplied the wrong windscreen. Shutterproof phoned me and told me it was PG Glass that ordered the wrong windscreen. After several discussions, it was decided that PG Glass will come and fit the correct windscreen today at 5 o'clock. I phoned them at quarter to five to confirm the appointment. They phoned me 7 minutes past five and told me that they broke the windscreen when loading it on the bakkie. On a previous occasion they fitted a door window and damaged the door panel. I am very upset with the whole situation. | |||
