I logged request on 9 December 2011 with PG Glass to fix broken widow. Reference number 1833078. I have followed up on numerous occassions. I even changed distributor from Allen Neck to Key West Krugersdorp, in the hope that I would hear from them and get my widow fixed. Still nothing. PG Glass used to respond in less than 24 hours? Now it is taking weeks? What is happening??? HELP!!! |
