| On Thursday, 2011/11/24 I took my vehicle to the Springsgate branch of PG Glass to have a chip repaired on my windscreen. After parking my car in the repair area, they told me that I needed to open my car's bonnet so that they can connect their drill to my car's battery. I told them that I am not prepared to do that due to the risk of damage to my car's electronics. I asked why they did not use the drill's battery and they told me that it was not working. They then got an employee's car in to connect it to his battery. The whole process was very disorganised and painfully slow. The repairman placed the tollbox ( which has VERY sharp edges) on an unsteady stand of some sort. I asked him to be careful because it placed too close to my car and could scratch the paint. He then proceeded to move it even closer bumping it into the left hand fender of my car. Thankfully there is no serious damage. If I hadn't been there who knows what they would have done to my car???? I left the shop immediately without having the repair done. I will rather have it done by another professional company. I will most definitely NOT use PG again. | |||
