This guy is the “crack” in your business!

On Friday I called you Randburg branch and spoke to a guy named Karl, to order a Windscreen for my Cadillac, he took all my details, said he will log the claim with insurance and the Windscreen should be available the pm and he'll call me. Well the afternoon came and went no call. I called him on Monday - again promises. Tuesday same story. Called today, spoke to a different guy who checked and found NOTHING was done. Apparently Karl was helping out and is back to the Edenvale branch. Well, this Karl definitely did not help your Randburg branch. Here's a suggestion for you: Disciplinary proceedings for failing to do his job, dishonesty by promising call-backs and bringing PG Glass into disrepute then his Christmas present can be finding a new job!
