The poorest service ever and they have an attitude

Today 23/12/2011 was the second time that I took a vehicle to PG Glass to have a windscreen replaced under insurance. I had issues with the first visit a year ago, but thought it would go better this time. NOT!!!
I took my ford bantam in at 8am as instructed to do. I filled in a small tag which they attached to my keys. I told them where I parked the vehicle, as their gate was still closed. The sales person told me it takes usually 3hours to complete a vehicle. I gave them 4hours and phoned them to find out how long it would still take. They didn't even know they had my vehicle. I drove there to get something out of the vehicle that I forgot inside, just to find my vehicle still parked out in the street. When I asked for the keys, they had to search for it, and the person behind the desk had a real stinking attitude, when I asked her if she knew where my vehicle was parked. I find it disturbing that they do have a proper system in place to book vehicles in and keep track of their work. And to think I have to pay an excess fee for this poor service...
