Poor service

I reported this the afternoon at 18h00. In 2 minutes I had my claim number and approval from Outsurancel.

The next morning at 8h00 I was called by Outsurance to confirm that the approval was faxed to my nearest PG glass fitment centre.

Unfortunately PG Glass undone all the good work by not phoning me as instructed. I had to call them twice at 11h00, at the Montana branch. Was then told it was windscreen which was wrong as the read the instructions wrongly from Outsurance.

I was them told I can only be helped on Monday. I phoned PG Glass Pta North which stated they will help the same day at 14h30.

Again unfortunately they ordered the wrong glass panel and my window not repaired as yet..

maybe a better call is to go to Glass Fit
