On Monday the 21st of November 2011 my bakkie was broken into and my left front door window was broken. During the day I obtained two quotes from two of the most renowned glass companies one being PG Glass and the other Glassfit. Glassfit came in R100 cheaper than PG but PG was about 12km closer so I decided to use PG. I phoned in and spoke Louise and accepted the quote. I asked her if I can bring by Bakkie in so that they can close my window with plastic. She asked that I be there at 16:00. When I arrived she asked me to wait until they have someone free to tape up my window. This is the point where I wish I could see what was about to start as I could actually see how disorganised it was. After about 40min I started asking how long this was going to take as I needed to get back to work. Louise said that all her staff was either busy with other cars or on the road. This is when I saw the manager stop outside. Louise eventually asked if he can close my window since it was chaos at that point. It was done by 17:00 The following day (Tuesday 22nd) my appointment was for 10:30 and could leave my bakkie there. They would phone me once it was done. Around 15:00 that afternoon after noo |
