On Tuesday 29th November I called PG GLas in Randburg to enquire about a new windscreen for my Chrysler Voyager. The lady who answered the telephone asked my for my CIBC number for the insurance claim as I had been informed by the insurance company that authorisation is electronic and direct. Today is the 5th of December I had not heard a word from PG Glass about the date of fitment of the replacement windscreen... not acceptable. I called the branch, the salesman (very bad attitude) listened to my problem and put me on hold, then came back to me and told me that the lady that took my call wasnt in today and neither was the manager.... not acceptable. I asked him if anyone else could help me.. no he said those are the only 2.. I then asked if I should take my business elsewhere, you can if you want to he said....definitely not acceptable. So I think its time for me to take my business elsewhere, and to tell al my friends to do the same. Clearly business is booming for PG Glass were service is not the name of the game for them. |
