Arrangements were made to replace my front screen window and the following happened: * Monday appointment - they never showed up,an hour later when I called to find out what is happening I was told they are still waiting for the window ( I was told the Friday before it was received already) - And yet nobody picks up the phone to inform me. * Tuesday appointment - They arrived 1 hour late as I was about to leave for work.And yet nobody will inform me!!! * Wednesday appointment - They just arrived before our scheduled time with out calling and there for unable to fix the windscreen. * Thursday appointment - I must give them 1 point for coming after hours - During the process they broke my mirror inside the car. the gentleman wanted to glue it back. - I called the branch and was told I will get a new mirror. After 5 days of waiting I called and was told they will com e and in-stole the mirror. They glued my old mirror back. I drove to the branch and was told they still waiting for the part. Why tell me its a new mirror when its not. Another 5 days later I got my mirror. Very disappointed in the branch with their service.I DONT recommend them to anybody!!!!! |

Not Impressed:
For start they never call you back to follow up - I had to constintly call them back and then eventually I just went there branch to hear what is happening with my mirror. I phoned the head branch to make a complaint - I was informed that the Branch manager will come and instole the mirror him self. After like 4 working days I went to the branch my self so collect my own mirror and instole the mirror myself. From there side the follow up on a complaint does not seem to excist. |
