| Called PG Glass at recommendation of my insurer since her regular supplier was busy - she had no previous experience with PG Glass. On 4 occasions either myself or my tenant spoke to someone who promised to come out for measurements/installation for a blown out flat window. As there was no return call in morning after tenant first made the call, I went round to the flat to do the window measurements myself to save some time. They failed to pitch for a 2nd time that same afternoon, or to communicate that they would not come. After 3rd call they swore they would come out Saturday morning. When they failed once again to come or communicate otherwise I called their main number to speak to someone else, but could only get an operator who promised someone from the Montague Gardens branch would deal with this as Green Point was closed from noon Saturday. Never heard back from anyone else so have given up on this company & my insurer has agreed not to use them. There was never once a return call. Very big communication problem with PG Glass in Green Point. I understand this is a holiday period, but either you're open or you're not - nothing should prevent a call back. | |||

| Not Impressed: Hard to rate - I got a call back explaining they had indeed come the following day, so for whatever reason my own tenants had kept me in the dark. Apologies for that part, yet I still don't know why they didn't confirm with me as I had explained it was for insurance, there was paperwork and an evaluation that needed doing. But on checking the recent installation it was so poor that only pictures would do it justice - terrible! So still not impressed. No excuses - they need to come back yet again | |||
