if you as consumer is not used to get the best when you pay for something well then this is not for you. we took our car in for a windscreen replacement but first went there for a quote. while we talk to the woman at the desk she just walked away and started talking to her friend about her baby. i knew then that we had to go somewhere else, but we went back. anyway its been now 3 times that the car had to go back for the window to be refitted and its stil not right. they also damaged the plastics and the car needed to go to audi for that, but thats been dragging now for almost a month now. the frontline guy phoned to make an appointment for the next day but then we phone him and he say oh sorry i forgot. the reason the windscreen wasnt fitted properly was that they use aftermarket rubbers and plenty silicon and if you have to pay so much for a window u expect the real thing.the third time the car went in their guy from head office came to fit the window and he saw it was fitted wrong the first two times. well up til date the car is not fixed yet and we still waiting.... i think they have no customer service qualifications and there staff is to incompetant to do the job properly. |
