Getting a windscreen replaced

Hi

I recall getting bad service from PG Glass a few years ago. When I logged a complain on Hello Peter, I all of a sudden got service.

I logged a call for my car windscreen in December. When I called, I stuggled to get through, or when I got through, people promised to call back, but never did. My husband then went to PG to get a windscreen call logged. I then got an SMS, and had to phone a few times to get this arranged. First we had to wait for stock, again nobody phoned me back.

On Monday I managed to make an appointment. I was prepared to come to our Centurion offices to get my windscreen replaced. I asked to get it done in the morning, AND I arranged this a few days before. I have now phoned 3 times, and are getting promised, but still no people to replace the windscreen? It is 13:00 now? Please help?
