| I called the PG Glass call centre on tuesday to book a windscreen replacement. Ref #1830706. I told them i needed to replace my screen by friday so would appreciate a call back. I was assured i would receive a call on wednesday morning by the nearest centre to confirm details. After no call on wednesday, i called the call centre again to find out what what was happening. The rather rude agent then had the audacity to tell me i should call the fitment centre to find out how they were progressing! come on! She then said she would contact them to call me immediately. Its now Friday and i have not received any call. PG Glass you have lost a guaranteed customer due to your incompetence and i will make sure that i can turn as many people away from your business as is humanly possible. Its examples like you who make me believe that general levels of service in this country are on the decline and that people do just not give a **** about doing a good job anymore. You are an embarresment to the service industry. | |||
