BAD SERVICE FROM P G GLASS ALBERTON

I logged a call to PG Glass Alberton at around 09h00 yesterday 24/01/2012 for a new windscreen for my 118i BMW, i gave a lady by the name of Lisa my insurance brokers details and asked her to call her for my insurance details. I phoned several times yeasterday and she blamed my insurance company Zurich for not giving her authorisation I explained i needed this done urgently as i am unable to plan my calls as i am a key account manager. She said she would get back to me. I phoned her again at 08h00 this morning 25/01/2012 and she again blamed my insurance, i told her that i needed to swop my car at BMW and needed my new windscreen before i handed it in. She AGAIN said she would let me know! I started to panic and at around 12h30 phoned again only to be told by Noel that Lisa would not be in for the rest of the day. I got into my car and drove there only to find out that they did not have a fax machine and were unable to fax my quote for authorisation. I walked across the road and faxed it myself only to get authorisation in 15 mins. THIS PROBLEM COULD HAVE BEEN SOLVED YESTERDAY - A TOTAL WASTE OF TIME!! I would still be waiting if i didnt do it myself - shocking service !
