I DID MY CLAIM THROUGH STANDARDBANK INSURANCE AND RECEIVED A CALL FRIDAY FROM PG GLASS TO GET THE INFORMATION ON VEHIICLE, LATER I RECEIVED A VOICE MESSAGE THAT THE WINDSCREEN WILL BE READY ON MONDAY AT 10,BECAUSE OF WORK I COULD ONLY GET TO THE BY 12:30 AND WHEN I CAME THERE I WAS ASKED ABOUT A APOINTMENT AND IF I AM WAINTING OR LEAVING THE CAR, I TOLD THEM I AM WAITING, THEY TOLD ME AS SOON AS A BAKKIE CLEARED I CAN BRING THE CAR IN AND THAT IS WHERE IT STARTED, ANOTHER CAR DROVE IN AND I WERE ASKED IF THEY CAN DO THE CAR LATER OR TOMMOROW , THIS WAS THEN CLEAR TO ME THAT THEY NEVER HAD A INTENTION REALY TO HELP ME TODAY , REASON BECAUSE OF THE EXCUSES AND ASKING IF THEY COULD COME TO MY HOUSE EVEN IF I AM WORKING IN RANDBURG. I CANNOT UNDERSTAND HOW A BANK LIKE STANDARDBANK CAN USE A COMPANY THAT IS NOT WILLING TO LOOK AFTER THEIR CUSTOMERS. I WILL NEVER USE ANY OF THE PG GLASS SHOPS AGAIN. |
