BAD SERVICE

we had a break in our car, Daihutsu Terios on Sunday 15th of January. Phoned PG Glass on Monday, 16th January. They said that they dont have the window in stock they will order. The next day, my fiance phoned to find out what is the progress. PG Glass then said they are waiting for the bin nr of the car, they never asked for this in the first place, never follow up. So he gave it to them, they said it would take 3 working days for the glass to arrive in Sandton. Yesterday, 23 January, he phoned again to find out what is the status. They will not phone the client, he had to phone them. The told him, he must come in today at 9:00AM so that they can replace the window, and it will take approximately 20 minutes. When he arrived, the glass is still not there. Why do they say he has to be there at 9:00am? Take time of from work to be there. This is unacceptable!!! Now we have to wait some more?!?!?
