| I walked into the "New" Branch in Alberton Lifestyle Centre today at 15:30 to see if it is possible to have a chip on my windscreen fixed (not to fix it at the time) and what the procedure was regarding Insurance. Firstly it took all of about a minute before my presence was recognised. I was the only Customer and there were 2 people behind the reception desk. I was told that they cannot have a look as it was raining, despite there being space in the "Workshop" area. I suggested that I pull my car into the Workshop Area, just to be told no, they cannot look at it because it was raining. After asking the Technician a third time, he reluctantly said yes, he'll have a look. At that stage I was so peeved off that I just walked out and told them that they do not want business. Once at home, I called the Branch and asked to speak to the Manager, just to be told that he was not in and that he would give me a call tomorrow. No wonder the Service is bad without a Manager! | |||
