| I arrived at this branch for an insurance inspection which literally would have taken 5min just as the guys were closing up and finishing an inspection on another client's car. My wife had taken our other car there mid-morning ahead of me as we planned to have the 2 cars inspected at the same time. I had the exact policy no and told my wife to let the guys know that I'd come later with the correct policy no and the other car. I explained that my other car had come in already earlier and I wanted to validate that the policy number captured was indeed correct. The gentleman on duty (manager) blatantly told me I was late and he had a party to get to and didn't want to be late. I asked him if indeed getting to a party was more important than servicing a customer who was already on the premises and for a job which would literally take 5 minutes and he still would not assist me! I promise never to use this branch ever again and will opt to use the one at Blackheath, Cresta in future! Customer service indeed :( | |||
