2 hour delay

I took my car in this morning to have smash & grab film fitted, I had the car at PG Glass at 8:00 as told when I made the booking. Upon asking how long the job would take to complete, I was told 3 hours. At 11:00 I phoned to find out if the car was finished, to be told it would take around another 30min. I then arranged a lift and arrived at PG Glass at 11:30, to find that they were only half way with the job (passenger side windows still needed to be done). The job was only completed at 13:00 - two hours longer than initially told. Fortunately I am on leave and did not require the car urgently / need to be somewhere else. The job was done very well and I commend PG Glass for the workmanship. They should however quote 5 hours if that is how long the job is going to take. A 2 hour difference/ delay is unacceptable.
