1 month no refund

I paid for windscreen for a Nissan Maxima GV, 1995 model on the 20/01/2012. It is a Japanese, and when the Glass arrived, it did not fit. So we Requested for a refund. Every single time i contact PG Glass fourways or even go to visit them, Niel says his sent all the documents to head office and the will get back to me. The never ever get back to me. I have attempted to get my refund about 5 times in the last 1 month. This is unacceptable!!
