NON-EXISTENT Customer service

We are extremely disappointed in the service we have received from your partserve representatives and Sony in general!
We bought a psp for our daughter in October. We had to hand it in as it stopped reading disks. We were told by Delaine at the Umhlanga office that it would take a maximum of three weeks. Our little girl was actually counting the sleeps! They never contacted us to let us know what was happening - as she said they would. We would have driven the 65 km to Umhlanga from our home for nothing if my wife hadn't phoned to enquire about it, only to be told that it would be another 2 weeks. A week later it's now another two weeks!!! Why?? Because Sony has not supplied them with stock! How on earth is this possible??? The store manager was rude and unhelpful!
Your helpline is of no use, as they just keep transferring me around! Now stuck with another psp, and ps2 and 3 - Heaven forbid they need repair, because then I'll have to go through this again!! Extremely frustrated! SO regret not buying Nintendo, but will encourage friends to, so they won't have to bring repairs to you!!
