Pampers poor service dealing with a complaint |
|
I had a batch of Pampers nappies (boxes of about 180 nappies sold at Game stores) for abot R260, which seemed like agood price at the time, but the whole time my baby girl was in these nappies she developed and had a terrible nappy rash, and these nappies exploded spilling the gel inner all over the place, I ended up going through these nappies much quicker than normal, as the nappies would split after 1 to 2 hours of wear. I kept the packet as it had a batch number and submitted my complaint (with the batch number) in June this year on the Procter and Gamble complaints tab on their website. I then received their default (we received your mail and will be in contact shortly) but I had to contact them again in July, a full month later after hearing nothing, and so it went, back and forth via email, I received my compensatory vouchers today, after 6 months of trying (incl contacting them on FB, which I thought was finally it as they made contact) and it is in the grand amount of R70. I feel this is a slap in the face after all months of back and forth with them. I am totally unsatisfied with their treatment of my complaint! wouldnt recommend this product to my worst enemy!!
