Pampers new baby 2 and active baby 3 poor product

On Monday 5th December I called practer and gamble to complain about the new baby 2 range and spoke to Philile (forgive my spelling) and I was told that I should send then 5 of the nappies as they need to check the products quality. I did so. The nappies elastic was loose and the all the contents including the gel was running out. in the same week I put my daughter on number 3 nappies and ever single nappie so far was the same problem. They customer service is really appalling. I made 3 calls all in all and yet nothing has been resolved. The dates for 5 december, 12 december and now on the 21 december. I spoke to the same person all 3 times. I was asked now if they can send a courier to collect it which I agreed to but the question is will the problem be sorted as I am wasting money when buying it.
